A fully AI-generated brand commercial for Lulutress. The concept follows a model entering a magical hair salon, guided through three hair transformations by a custom mascot — a character I designed directly from the product packaging. Each hairstyle was sourced from real 360° product photography shot in-house, then unified onto a single AI-generated model for visual consistency. Built with AI from environment to character animation, composited with live-action talent in After Effects.
Starting from official product photography featuring different models, I used AI to unify all hairstyles onto a single model and placed her inside a fully AI-generated salon environment.
